CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

The Voucher document containing the booking information for the tour and transfer purchased through the ALV VIP Website and/or from the ALV VIP center and/or the intermediary travel agency is transmitted to the Consumer. The package tour contract attached to the Voucher shall be deemed accepted by the Consumer. Cancellation and refund terms shall be deemed to have entered into force between the Consumer and ALV VIP together with the package tour agreement. Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated according to the relevant provisions of the agreement and constitute an integral part thereof.

Cancellation and refund terms of the Tour / Transfer Agreement concluded between ALV VIP and the Consumer are as follows:

1. REFUNDS FOR PROMOTIONAL TOURS / TRANSFERS

There is absolutely no right of cancellation after booking promotional or discounted products.

2. REFUNDS FOR TRANSFERS

Unless otherwise specified, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 3 days prior to the commencement of the transfer operation, the amount paid shall be refunded in full without any deduction, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire transfer fee as withdrawal compensation to ALV VIP for cancellation or change requests made less than 24 hours before the commencement of the transfer.

3. REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURS

Unless otherwise specified, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the commencement of the trip, the amount paid shall be refunded in full without any deduction, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire tour price as withdrawal compensation to ALV VIP for cancellation or change requests made less than 30 days before the commencement of the tour.

4. REFUNDS FOR CRUISE TOURS

Unless otherwise specified, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 60 days before the commencement of the cruise, the amount paid shall be refunded in full without any deduction, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire tour price as withdrawal compensation to ALV VIP for cancellation or change requests made less than 60 days before the commencement of the cruise.

Unless otherwise specified, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 5 days before the commencement of the daily tour, the amount paid shall be refunded in full without any deduction, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire tour price as withdrawal compensation to ALV VIP for cancellation or change requests made less than 3 days before the commencement of the tour.

7. REFUNDS FOR TOURS INCLUDING AIRLINE, TRAIN, CRUISE OR SIMILAR TICKETS

For all package tours that include transportation services provided by third-party carriers such as airlines, railways or cruise operators, ticket rules of the relevant carrier company shall apply to cancellation and withdrawal requests, since tickets are issued in the name of the consumer upon purchase of the package tour.

As the carrier company's ticket rules are governed by international and national transportation regulations and are outside the scope of package tour legislation, the cancellation rules stated above shall not apply to such services.

The consumer acknowledges in advance that ALV VIP acts solely as an intermediary between the consumer and the carrier company. The carrier company's ticket rules become effective as soon as the package tour is purchased and remain valid until completion of the relevant journey.

For consumers who purchase package tours including tickets issued by different carriers, the amounts paid to the carrier companies under applicable ticket rules, together with mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations, shall be deducted from the tour fee and the remaining amount, if any, shall be refunded, regardless of the remaining period before departure.

In cases of force majeure or cancellations due to health reasons, the ticket rules of the relevant carrier company shall also apply. Even if ALV VIP accepts the consumer's force majeure claim and decides to refund the tour price, ALV VIP cannot prevent deductions made by the carrier company on ticket costs. ALV VIP shall not be liable for such deductions and the consumer shall have no right to claim compensation from ALV VIP in this regard.

8. NAME CHANGES AND TRANSFER RIGHTS FOR ALL TOURS

8.1 General Rules for Name Changes

International tours: free of charge up to 30 days before departure.
Domestic tours: free of charge up to 15 days before departure.
Daily tours: free of charge up to 7 days before departure.

For requests made after these periods, additional charges may apply and some services may not allow name changes at all. Any additional costs arising from the requested changes shall be communicated to the consumer.

Once the consumer accepts these additional costs, the requested name change shall be processed. If the consumer fails to pay the additional amount after the change has been made, ALV VIP reserves the right to cancel the entire reservation and/or recover all costs from the consumer.

Name changes are carried out upon the request and approval of the consumer. Any request communicated to ALV VIP verbally or in writing via telephone, e-mail or SMS shall be deemed as the consumer's approval.

8.2 Transfer of International Tours

Visa fees for participants whose visa applications have already been completed shall not be refunded. Participants taking over a transferred package tour shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary visas themselves.

ALV VIP shall not be liable if a visa is not obtained despite an application having been made before the tour departure date. In such cases, the agency shall collect the full tour fee from the transferor and/or transferee.

9. FLIGHT, VISA AND INSURANCE CANCELLATIONS

For international tours and cruise tours, visa fees, insurance premiums and domestic connecting flight tickets included in the package tour are non-refundable.

10. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE AND HEALTH CONDITIONS

Force majeure events affecting the consumer or first-degree relatives, including serious accidents, severe illnesses requiring treatment and death, which prevent fulfillment of the package tour agreement, shall be considered force majeure circumstances.

The consumer is required to prove the existence of force majeure with valid documents issued by official institutions or state hospitals.

If the consumer submits written notice of termination less than 30 days before departure (or less than 60 days for cruise tours) due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances or force majeure reasons specified herein, the amount paid shall be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the termination notice by ALV VIP, without any deductions except for mandatory taxes, fees and payments already made to third parties which are documented and non-refundable.

In accordance with Law No. 1618, if the cancellation falls within the scope of insurance coverage, the refund shall be made by the insurance company. The duration of the refund process depends on the insurance company's procedures. ALV VIP is responsible only for assisting with insurance refund procedures and documentation.

11. TOUR CANCELLATION BY ALV VIP

ALV VIP reserves the right to cancel tours partially or completely due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, road conditions, force majeure events or similar reasons.

Consumers shall be informed:

At least 7 days before departure for international tours,
At least 2 days before departure for domestic tours,
At least 1 day before departure for daily tours.

In such cases, ALV VIP shall refund all amounts paid by the consumer within 14 days. The consumer shall have no right to claim compensation from ALV VIP in connection with such cancellations.

12. CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

For refunds made to credit cards, it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the consumer's card depending on the procedures of the relevant bank.

If the consumer submits a chargeback or refund request directly to their bank for a package tour purchased by credit card, ALV VIP's cancellation and refund terms shall continue to apply.

The consumer acknowledges that they have no right to request reimbursement from their bank contrary to the cancellation and refund conditions accepted at the time of purchase.

Credit card refund transactions may only be processed by ALV VIP.
